About Us

Chatswood Allied Health opened in August 2016. We are a modern clinic that provides high quality allied health care. We currently specialise in Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology, Dietetics/ Nutrition, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture/Cupping Therapy and Exercise Physiology.

Vincent Cagliostro the Clinic Manager has been providing Physiotherapy services to the Chatswood area for over 14 years.  The clinic has developed close working relationships with local GP’s, Specialists, businesses, sporting clubs and
the local community.

Chatswood Allied Health accepts all health funds, we have a HICAPs facility for immediate rebates. Bulk billing is available for those with an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) referral for Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology and Podiatry. Workcover, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) referrals are accepted.

You do not require a referral to attend our clinic but if you are claiming a medicare rebate or claiming under work cover or CTP you will need the appropriate  referral from your GP.

We also stock a large range of supports and braces including camwalker boots.

Our experienced therapists can assist you in dealing and coping with emotional and behavioural challenges you may face, to help you work towards a positive outcome. Psychologist will assess and develop an individually tailored treatment plan to assist you with your goals.

We currently have 2 Psychologist: Alexandra Saunders and Brad Shaw.

Face to face: $180 per 1 hour consultation.

(Medicare rebate of $87.45 with a mental health care plan from your GP MBBS 80110)

Teleconference/ videoconference: $102.85 per 1 hour

(Medicare rebate of $87.45 with a mental health care plan from your GP MBBS 91170)

 

Clinical Psychologist:

Face to face: $220 per 1 hour consultation.

(Medicare rebate of $128.40 with a mental health care plan from your GP MBBS 80110)

Teleconference/ videoconference: $151.05 per 1 hour

(Medicare rebate of $128.40 with a mental health care plan from your GP MBBS 91166)

 

Our Psychologists will bulk bill patients in instances of financial hardship (Centrelink number, pensioner card etc) who present with a valid Mental Health Care Plan set up by their GP.
